Residential Service Restrictions

Our Residential VPS and Residential RDP services are provided strictly as residential computing environments. The following uses are not permitted:

Operating a public proxy network
Running an open VPN network or public exit node
Relaying anonymous or third-party traffic
Reselling residential IPs or operating a commercial proxy service

Any attempt to use our services as a proxy, VPN relay, or IP reselling platform constitutes a direct violation of this AUP and will result in immediate termination without refund.

Automation & Abuse

The following types of excessive or abusive automated activity are prohibited:

Resource Abuse

Customers may not intentionally misuse or overload server resources. Prohibited resource abuse includes:

Customers whose usage consistently and significantly impacts shared infrastructure may be contacted, throttled, or suspended at ResidentialVPS.com's discretion.

Third-Party Rights

Customers may not use our services to infringe upon the rights of any third party, including:

Trademark rights
Privacy rights and personal data protections
Data protection and applicable regulatory rights

Abuse Reports

ResidentialVPS.com may receive abuse reports from third parties, network operators, ISPs, data centers, law enforcement agencies, or affected individuals. All reports are reviewed and investigated in accordance with this AUP.

No Refund for AUP Violations

If a service is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to an AUP violation, the customer is not entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation. Our standard Refund Policy does not apply in cases of AUP violations.

Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by applicable law, ResidentialVPS.com may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, courts, regulatory authorities, payment processors, and data center providers. This may include disclosure of relevant account, usage, or technical data in response to valid legal requests.
