This Service Delivery Policy clearly defines how Residential VPS, Residential RDP, and related digital services are delivered, activated, accepted, and technically verified by ResidentialVPS.com.
By purchasing our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms set out in this policy.
Depending on the service, location, ISP, availability, and security requirements, delivery may be carried out through any of the following methods:
Instant Delivery Automated Provisioning Semi-Automated Delivery Manual Delivery Manual Verification Delivery
Delivery time may vary based on the method selected and the specific requirements of your order.
Most Residential VPS and Residential RDP orders are provisioned within minutes. However, additional time may be required in the following situations:
Manual Verification Fraud Review Stock Availability ISP Assignment Location Availability Infrastructure Provisioning Network Configuration High Order Volume
If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team. We will provide an update on the status of your provisioning.
A service is considered delivered and activated when any one of the following conditions is met:
- Login credentials have been provided to the customer
- VPS or RDP access information has been issued
- The service is shown as Active in the Customer Panel
- Service provisioning has been completed in our system
- Access details have been sent via email to the registered address
Successful delivery of login credentials, access details, or service access information to the customer's registered email address or Customer Portal constitutes primary and sufficient proof of service acceptance.
Once our email delivery records, Customer Portal delivery records, or provisioning records confirm that access information has been successfully provided, the service is considered accepted by the customer — regardless of whether the customer actively connects to it.
ResidentialVPS.com retains the following records as proof of delivery, which may be used in any billing review, dispute, or chargeback proceedings:
Delivery Logs Email Delivery Records Login Records Account Activity Activation Records Provisioning Logs System Logs
For security and fraud prevention purposes, ResidentialVPS.com reserves the right to conduct the following checks at any time before or after delivery:
- Identity verification
- Billing verification
- Fraud screening
- Additional documentation review
Delivery may be delayed until verification is successfully completed. This is a standard security measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on the customer's part.
08
Technical Verification Window
After receiving your service, we strongly recommend testing it as soon as possible. If you encounter any technical issues, please report them promptly via a Support Ticket.
All reported issues will be reviewed and investigated by our Technical Team. Early reporting helps us resolve problems faster and ensures accurate investigation.
09
Verified Technical Issues
The following issues, when confirmed by our Technical Team as originating from our infrastructure, may be classified as verified technical failures:
Login Failure Server Not Accessible Service Not Activated Network Connectivity Failure Severe Internal Performance Issues Infrastructure Failure Server-Side Configuration Failure
10
Issues Not Considered Delivery Failure
The following situations are not classified as a delivery failure and do not constitute grounds for a refund, replacement, or dispute:
Customer Device Problem Customer Internet Problem ISP Restriction Firewall Restriction Software Compatibility Issue Browser Issue Customer Misconfiguration Third-Party Platform Issue IP Quality Score Result Fraud Score Result VPN Detection Result Proxy Detection Result
If you would like a different location, ISP, or residential assignment, you may submit a Replacement Request. Approval depends on the following factors:
- Resource availability at the time of request
- Technical feasibility for the requested change
- Service type and current assignment
A Replacement Fee may apply where applicable. Replacement availability is not guaranteed and is subject to current inventory.
12
Refund & Delivery Relationship
Completion of service delivery does not automatically create refund eligibility — nor does it automatically forfeit a customer's right to request a refund.
If a verified, service-side technical fault exists after delivery, the matter will be reviewed separately in accordance with our Refund Policy. All refund decisions are governed by that policy.
The following actions may be classified as Delivery Abuse and will be treated accordingly:
- Claiming "not delivered" after service has been successfully provisioned
- Denying delivery after login credentials have been received and used
- Opening a delivery dispute after actively using the service
- Submitting false or misleading technical issue reports
- Misusing the Replacement Policy
Confirmed delivery abuse may result in account restriction, service termination, and permanent refusal of future service. All delivery records are retained and may be submitted to payment processors or relevant authorities.

Service Availability Disclaimer
We strive to provide the highest quality service; however, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted connectivity or continuous availability. Temporary disruptions may occur due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, ISP issues, or infrastructure upgrades.
Our Residential VPS and Residential RDP services operate on residential internet infrastructure, which differs from traditional datacenter or enterprise environments in its operational characteristics and limitations.
USA Residential Services — Additional Factors
For USA-based residential services in particular, temporary or extended disruptions may result from events outside our control, including:
Severe Weather Storms & Hurricanes Tornadoes Flooding Wildfires Power Outages Utility Maintenance Residential ISP Outages Local Network Failures Municipal Infrastructure Work Emergency Repairs Force Majeure Events
When residential infrastructure issues arise, resolution may depend on the relevant residential ISP, utility provider, or local infrastructure authority — and may take longer than a typical datacenter incident. Customers acknowledge that residential service recovery timelines can differ from enterprise environments.
Service interruptions caused by residential infrastructure issues, natural disasters, utility failures, ISP outages, or force majeure events will not be classified as a Service Delivery Failure, Refund Eligibility, Chargeback Justification, or Contract Breach.
ResidentialVPS.com holds final authority over all matters relating to service delivery, service acceptance, delivery confirmation, technical verification, replacement eligibility, and delivery disputes. All decisions are based on a comprehensive review of:
